Open Day
Presenting our beautiful new shop on Market Place in Bawtry.
Thank you to everyone who supported our open day — it was lovely to see current clients, previous clients, and hopefully some future clients too!
We’ve received such a warm welcome from the Bawtry community and we’re incredibly proud to now be part of it. A huge thank you to all local businesses who have supported us.
A special mention to ‘The Crown Hotel Bawtry’ for the gorgeous canapés, ‘The Blonde And The Blooms’ for the stunning flowers and ‘Visit Bawtry’ who have supported us every step of the way.
Opening the shop is a huge milestone for Barge Estates and we’re so excited for what’s ahead.
Our vision has always been to create an independent estate agency that feels different — combining genuine customer service and traditional values with a modern, unique marketing approach. An agency that’s available around the clock, open 7 days a week, and always there when our clients need us. Covering Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and beyond!

New Premises
We’re so pleased to share that we’ve acquired a beautiful new shop on Market Place in Bawtry—an exciting next step for our brand.
Having our own space has always been important to us, but finding the right location mattered just as much. Bawtry felt like the perfect fit, and we’re really looking forward to becoming part of the local community.
We’re currently renovating the shop and carefully bringing everything together to create a space that feels both considered and welcoming. We can’t wait to share the finished result with you very soon.

We’re incredibly excited to officially unveil our rebrand. As our business has grown, we felt it was important that our brand evolved with us.
